Guidance
Center is a
Community
Behavioral
Healthcare
Center serving residents in Defiance,
Fulton , Henry and
Williams
Counties. We are here to meet the
diverse behavioral health needs of individuals in our community. We strive to
meet those needs by determining with you what services will benefit you the most
and by delivering services professionally, positively, and ethically. Providing
the tools and assistance needed for individuals to enhance their quality of life
on a day-to-day basis is our mission.
Among others, difficulties that individuals may be experiencing may
include:
Treatment plans are designed, with you, to meet your
individual needs, and may include outpatient services, medication and medication
management, Clubhouse Program, and Case Management Services.

is a private nonprofit organization and is certified by the Ohio Department of
Mental Health and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services.

is funded in part by the Four County Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental
Health Services, and United Way.
